📍 Remote | Full-Time or Part-Time | Vendor & Client Support
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We're looking for Independent Remote Account Coordinator work with travel clients and vendors, suppliers, and create travel plans for your clients.
As a key member , you'll play a critical role in ensuring smooth communication, assisting with marketing campaigns, organizing account details, and brainstorming innovative ways to strengthen client relationships.
Prepare, organize, and manage sales-related documents (contracts, proposals, etc.)
Maintain and update internal CRM systems with client and vendor data
Coordinate meetings, product demos, and calls for the Account Management team
Conduct research on new prospects, market trends, and competitive activity
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to deliver top-notch service
Collect and communicate customer feedback to improve product and service delivery
Assist in the creation of promotional and presentation materials
Generate reports to analyze campaign effectiveness and account performance
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Experience in marketing, sales, or account support preferred
Clear and professional communication – both written and verbal
A creative mindset with a knack for improving processes
Familiarity with CRM platforms, Google Workspace, or similar tools
A passion for collaboration and problem-solving
Flexible remote schedule (full-time or part-time available)
