Our corporate finance and accounting team at Telios Corporation is looking to add a talented and ambitious Accountant eager to make a real impact to our company’s continued success. The Accountant will play an integral role in maintaining and supporting both our Telios Corporate and Telios Construction Management teams and is a proactive self-starter who enjoys working in a challenging and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Post and process accounts receivable and payable, perform reconciliations, and assist with the review of expenses Maintain documentation of accounting processes/procedures and related internal control framework Support other departments to reach organization goals and deadlines Ensures efficiency, proper internal controls, and compliance with GAAP Ad hoc projects to assist with other internal projects Identifies opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies Minimum Criteria: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related fields Less than 3 years of work experience in accounting, with demonstrated knowledge of accounting practices and principles, including double-entry accounting Demonstrated experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a personal commitment to meeting deadlines Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
