Job description:
1. Cost accounting
Work with Oversea/ US purchasing and supply dept. to verify and allocate material and Freight charge to the Simple system (Chinse language system).
Assistant with US AP for the Oversea (China) bill verifications. (Bill entering, Documentation sorting).
Connect with TJ Receiving dept. to verify items received and match with PO and Invoices.
Weekly reconciliation Simple System Material cost, Freight, Tax and others MISC charges with QB.
Assist US AP with company Credit card activities verification and payment processing, reconciliation on monthly base.
Assistant US AP to Verify Employee expense reports with the backup and processing on timely method.
Assistant TJ export dept. to provide the BOM amount for Export base.
2. Monthly closing –Cost and Related parties
Weekly process employee expense report.
Helping Senor Accountant reconcile Related parties AP AR balance.
Monthly Reconciliation Simple system Material cost, Freight, Tax and Others MISC Charge with QB;
Monthly Offset Material Amount from QB with Simples system Inventory in order to void any duplicate counts amount in GL system.
Assistant Accounting Manager to Communication with outside CPA and answer CPA questions regarding Costing accounting.
3. Analysis Reports
Assistant TJ GL accountant to collected accurate data from different books and resource and centralize report to Operation dept. for the monthly cost analysis.
Produce monthly WIP reports and FS statements. Help auditing for insurance. Internal control and outside reporting purpose.
Other Assigned Analysis duties from accounting manager or senior accountant
Qualification:
1. B.S.or B.A. Degree in accounting or related majors is required.
Intermediate level EXCEL; less than 2 year accounting experience, Fresh new graduate accounting major student is welcome.
2. Can holding multiple jobs at same time, and can finish the projects
within deadline;
3. Excellent interpersonal skill which can handle and survive under high
pressure in diversity culture office environment;
4.Solid communication skill for both verbal and business writing; MUST
SPEAK Chinese& English is required at conversation level ; Entry level QB knowledge is preferred but not required;
5. Able to working comfortable with oversea vendor and suppliers by phone and E-mail at off work time.
Compensation and benefits:
Pay range: $26-32 Per Hr.
3 Months’ probation period, after probation evaluation salary will be adjust accordingly .
