Managing relationships with partners
Attracting new affiliates and maintaining communication with existing ones
Studying and analyzing the Latam market to identify potential opportunities and develop strategies to attract partners
Developing and implementing marketing campaigns together with partners to attract new players to the casino
Defining and allocating a budget for marketing activities with partners, as well as tracking cost-effectiveness
Providing partners with the necessary information, tools, and support to effectively promote casino products.
Tracking and analyzing the results of affiliate programs, including conversion, profitability, and effectiveness of campaigns
Creating and implementing various incentives and bonus programs to motivate partners to increase sales and attract new players.
Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding advertising and partnerships
Maintaining communication with partners through email, chats, and conferences, as well as providing regular reports on promotion and performance
Hunting and account management for local and international teams focused on traffic acquisition, influencers, agencies, ad networks, etc. This includes both proactive partner search and handling incoming distribution inquiries.
Monitoring statistics and reporting, with initial feedback on the effectiveness and profitability of traffic flows.
Writing creative briefs for partners to the design department.
Additional duties include assisting with local operational tasks: money transfers, managing offline promotions in the city of operation, conducting small research on current legal/news topics in the industry, and adapting text for products and creatives.
Experience/Skills/Expectations:
At least 1 year of experience in a similar or related position in affiliate or influencer marketing (direct advertisers, CPA networks, influencer agencies, and ad agencies in general).
Understanding of the gambling/betting market, regional industry trends in LATAM, and familiarity with competitive products and creatives.
Proficiency with affiliate program technical functions, analytics tools, and basic data processing services. Experience with postback setup, in-depth understanding of traffic flow statistics, and key metrics (ROI, LTV, Click2Reg, Reg2Dep, NGR, GGR, RD).
A network of partners who could start driving traffic under your management in the near future.
Strong negotiation skills—ability to sell commission-based models (RevShare, CPA) to potential partners on the most favorable terms is a key competence.
Native fluency in one of the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese.
Proficiency in one of the following languages: English, Russian.
