Position Overview:

We are seeking a design driven Project Architect with 5+ years in commercial experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects from concept through completion, demonstrating strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of commercial architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design projects from concept through completion.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and documents, making adjustments to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
• Develop detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects.
• Collaborate with Interiors team to design and develop project concepts from start to finish.
• Ensure all designs comply with local codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals.
• Mentor staff and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
• Maintain and oversee the project manual and specifications.

Qualifications:

• Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited school.
• 5+ years of professional experience in architectural design with an emphasis in hospitality, adaptive reuse, multi-family, and restaurant environments. 
• Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and Adobe software and BIM tools.
• Strong portfolio displaying a variety of design projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
