Webserv is the most exciting and fastest-growing healthcare marketing agency on the West Coast. We need someone who loves developing and leading advanced SEO strategies, has a knack for managing client relationships, and thrives in a team leadership role.

What You'll Do Every Day

• Rub shoulders with successful entrepreneurs shaping the healthcare marketing industry.
• Create cutting-edge SEO strategies for multi-million-dollar clients.
• Lead and inspire your own SEO team to achieve ambitious goals and get bonused on results.
• Dig into keyword research and competitor analysis, uncovering new opportunities to dominate rankings.
• Leverage top-tier tools like SEMRush, Screaming Frog, GA4, and more.
• Partner with the web development, and paid media teams to craft holistic marketing solutions.
• Work closely with company leaders and executives, gaining visibility and influence on key decisions.
• Drive continual innovation and improvement within your department.

Skills You Need

• Expertise in tools like SEMRush, Screaming Frog, GA4, WordPress, Clearscope, Market Muse, Moz, Ahrefs, Majestic and beyond.
• Proven experience in SEO strategy development and implementation that moves the needle.
• Impeccable account management and client-facing communication skills.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to guide and inspire a team.
• Knowledge of advanced keyword research, technical SEO, and on-page/off-page optimization.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
• Organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for staying ahead in the ever-changing SEO landscape.
