**What We’re Looking For:**

We’re seeking energetic and skilled bakers who are passionate about their craft and eager to contribute to a team that values collaboration and precision. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and responsible, with strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions closely. A true team player, you’ll work alongside our talented crew to create exceptional products for our esteemed clients.

**Responsibilities Include:**

- Accurately weighing and measuring ingredients

- Mixing and blending batters, mousse, and doughs

- Rolling, kneading, cutting, and shaping dough for products such as croissants, sweet rolls, tarts, cookies, and more

- Monitoring and adjusting oven temperatures as needed for optimal baking results

- Icing, glazing, and decorating baked goods

- Assisting with cake decoration

- Managing inventory and maintaining stock levels

- Keeping workstations and equipment clean and sanitized

**Qualifications:**

- Attention to detail in every aspect of baking

- Dedication to teamwork and producing exceptional products

- 1-3 years of baking experience preferred, but we're open to enthusiastic learners

- A valid Food Handler’s Card and successful completion of E-Verify
