Salary: 33,150 - 59,925 USD per year Requirements:

• 2-5 years of supporting a business process work environment.
• Preferred: Previous FAA Academy experience.

• As a Program Analyst with our team, I will provide my expertise to the Air Traffic Division and maintain support of the Academy Student Services area. My responsibilities will include all aspects of reporting, analyses, documentation, and communication for the Support Division at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center. Specifically, I will:
• Support the clearance process for student resignations and terminations.
• Respond to communications from various representatives, including military service, other Government agencies, and FAA employees regarding resident training at the FAA Academy.
• Deliver timely notification messages to students and instructors as necessary.
• Prepare correspondence in accordance with FAA Correspondence Procedures.
• Ensure materials are recorded and placed in the established documentation repository system.
• Tabulate data, perform analyses, and prepare reports.
• Use a variety of computer software and systems for word processing, spreadsheets, webpages, and databases, including Excel, eLMS, Word, Access, KSN, the Academy Student Information System, and the FAA Information Superhighway for Training.
• Assist students in using software and systems for communication and other business, such as eLMS, Entrance on Duty System, CASTLE, Employee Express, and Facility Guides.
