Job Description

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in industrial design or art design; English can be used as the working language.
2. Familiarity with craftsmanship knowledge, more than 3 years of team management experience, and around 5 years of full-process CMF work experience in consumer electronics (preferably in e-cigarettes).
3. Possess excellent design aesthetic ability, art appreciation ability, or outstanding skills in color matching, texture design, etc.
4. Skilled at understanding user needs and market trends, quickly identifying innovative opportunities from fashion trends and industry trends.
5. Proficient in design software such as Photoshop, CorelDRAW, AI, etc.
6. Excellent rendering ability for presentations.
7. Passionate about design, with a team spirit. Excellent multi-project management skills and communication abilities. 1. Dare to innovate and propose CMF solutions that align with brand positioning and deliver them on time;

1. Stay informed about industry trends, capturing cutting-edge CMF changes and translating them into CMF design strategies;
2. Complete preliminary CMF design research, color analysis, and material process validation, proposing actionable CMF design solutions that strengthen product appearance competitiveness;
3. Build, maintain, and update a CMF material library in real-time, manage CMF vendor resources, and efficiently allocate vendor sampling resources while tracking the implementation of internally confirmed products;
4. Lead innovative color proposals and strategically promote the implementation of these proposals.
