Reporting to the associate vice chancellor for museums and creative practice and serving as a key senior leader, the creative director for the Jeanne Tannenbaum Center for Creative Practice ( JTCCP ) takes an entrepreneurial and collaborative approach to campus and community programming with creativity at the core. The creative director manages the center’s day-to-day activities, creating and sustaining a robust offering of programs and residencies. The director supports the strategic vision established by UNCG’s chancellor and develops and implements all elements of creative programming to highlight faculty research, student learning, and community engagement. The director develops strategic partnerships, works collaboratively with visiting creatives, engages in fundraising activities, and coordinates staff and students to support the center’s activities.
