• Manage high-profile customer accounts and prepare discrepancy reports when needed.
• Use problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Set up new customer accounts through accurate and efficient data entry.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 5 years in a customer service role.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, upbeat demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and JD Edwards software.
  • Excellent typing skills, including familiarity with 9-key entry.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
