Overview

The Digital Media Specialist provides digital and multimedia design expertise to support various marketing projects in support of web, social media, podcasts, video, and other digital content formats. The role is responsible for executing strategies and campaigns to build video and visual content with a heavy digital engagement emphasis.

What you will need:

  • BS degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Media Specialist or Digital Marketing Specialist. 

How you will make an Impact:

  • Conceptualize, capture, and create engaging short-form video content for digital platforms (website, social media, podcasts), including graphics, videos, and written materials. 
  • Coordinate the recording, editing, and production of digital media assets, such as graphic design, video editing, and multimedia storytelling. 
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Merchandising teams to develop content and video assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals. 
  • Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas for digital campaigns to increase audience engagement. 
  • Maintain consistent visual and written content across all platforms to reinforce the brand identity. 
  • Support the creation and editing of video, graphics, podcasts, and webinars content as needed. 
  • Monitor trends in digital media and social platforms to keep content fresh and relevant. 
  • Monitor ROI and KPIs under the direction of the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist.
  • Proficient in digital media design tools: InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro. 
  • Strong video editing skills, storytelling capabilities, and graphic design experience. 
  • Familiarity with web design and UI/UX principles. 
  • Excellent analytical skills and project management abilities. 
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Knowledge of social media best practices and digital content trends. 
  • Understanding of web graphics and optimization for various platforms.
