Director of Facilities - Private Club - Base Salary to $200k/year - Boca Raton, FL

• Our client, is a private club in the Boca Raton/Delray Beach area that is looking to bring on a Director of Facilities for their organization. The organization is a top of the line facility with premiere clubhouse, pool, racquet sports and golf. The Director of Facilities will oversee engineering, housekeeping and project management for ongoing updates to the campus.
  

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, organizing, developing and directing the general operating maintenance, repair, and housekeeping of the physical campus to ensure that we are providing world-class accommodations.
  
• Overseeing engineering, housekeeping, and project management teams
  
• Budgeting, financial tracking, and vendor negotiation
  
• Managing compliance with codes, permits, and safety protocols
  
• Developing preventative maintenance schedules and asset management plans
  
• Using project management tools to report, forecast, and deliver on time
  
• Working with staff and customers to create an exceptional experience
  
• Manage external service contracts, including: housekeeping, waste management, pest control, signage and more
  
• Lead environmentally responsible initiatives throughout the surrounding campus

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Chief Engineer, Director of Engineering, Director of Facilities or Facilities Manager in a full-service Club community or resort.
• 8+ years of experience working with high end properties
• Strong budgetary, projections, and cost control skills.
  
• Prior experience working with Preventative Maintenance programs.
  
• Strong understanding of policy, planning and strategy.

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 150k - 200k/year range
  
• Cadillac Benefits program, top of the line.
