The District Manager in Training (DMIT) is responsible for leading their team of Area Managers and hourly team to provide exceptional inventory service to our customers. The DMIT should lead their team with a commitment to outstanding people leadership, ensuring a strong and focused team. The DMIT is responsible in driving financial success through proper budget planning, scheduling, expense control and P&L management. The DMIT leads their team with passion, and integrity, while facing challenges with an optimistic attitude. The DMIT will work with their leader, district partners and field support partners to grow talent within their district and increase their business footprint. Position Requirements
Working Conditions:
This position requires frequent travel via automobile and air. You must have the ability to adapt to changing working conditions such as standing, sitting for long periods of time, as well as frequent walking, bending, squatting or kneeling. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Must be able to work up to 10 hour shifts regularly. Occasional longer distance travel via plane or automobile, including overnight stays may be required.
