About job:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position is perfect for individuals looking to start their career in a supportive environment where you can grow and develop your skills. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities by providing administrative support to our team. You will be involved in a variety of tasks that require excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary Range:  $16.50 - $25.00 per hour

Job:  Full time

Location:  Houston, TX

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for staff members.
  • Maintain an organized filing system, both digital and paper-based, for easy access to documents.
  • Support event planning activities by coordinating logistics and materials needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or similar is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn; previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
