Job Description

Our client, a mission-driven investment firm, located in Houston, TX, is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support a Partner and team of 3 direct reports. The successful candidate must enjoy working within a boutique, community oriented office, filled with diligent and dynamic people. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of administrative experience supporting a team, and must be a confident and forward thinker. Strong attention to detail and a hardworking mentality is a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage heavy calendars and prioritize conflicting appointments
• Book internal and external meetings
• Prepare professionals with materials needed for meetings
• Arrange domestic and international travel including flights, hotels, car services and dinner reservations
• Process monthly travel and expense reports
• Ad hoc projects as needed
• Always maintain a sense of confidentiality

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be poised and tactful at all times
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Superb written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail when composing and proofing materials required
• Must be punctual and dependable
• Strong initiative and ownership of responsibilities
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Bachelor’s Degree required

SALARY
$90-100K base + discretionary bonus + excellent benefits.

HOURS
8am-5pm with flexibility to be reachable if needed
