Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Virtual Executive Assistant/Project Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work with a highly respected and successful company that supports clients across various industries, including administrative support, marketing, web design, social media management, strategy, and more.

As a Virtual Executive Assistant, you will provide direct support to clients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position is fully remote, and we offer flexible working hours, with an expected commitment of 20-40 hours per week. Please note that this is an employee position, not a contractor role.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple clients and handle tasks in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
Support clients with executive assistant duties, including marketing system projects, website edits, managing third-party platforms, creating content, and overseeing social media management.
Ensure high-quality customer flow and experience.
Generate and share daily and weekly reports for multiple clients.
Accurately track and report detailed time accounting.
Attend regular staff and strategy meetings, and lead client meetings.

Independent but comfortable collaborating with a remote team.
Strong customer service experience.
Proficient in systems such as Google Suite, Wix, Asana, WordPress, project management tools, and CRM systems.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Problem-solving abilities and adept at creating efficient systems and processes.
Resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in an administrative assistant role.
Minimum 5 years of executive assistant/project management experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, CRM systems, and project management software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Reliable home office setup, including a Mac or PC computer, high-speed internet, video conferencing capabilities, and a dedicated professional workspace.
