Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Virtual Executive Assistant/Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Role Expectations:
This is a remote, employee-based role, not a contractor position. As a Virtual Executive Assistant/Project Manager, you will engage with a diverse client base, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and adapt to the dynamic challenges presented by various industries. The position requires a strong sense of ownership, continuous self-improvement, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple clients simultaneously in a high-urgency, fast-paced setting.

Execute tasks related to executive assistance, such as marketing system management, website edits, handling third-party platforms, content creation, and social media management.

Oversee and enhance the customer experience and workflow.

Generate and distribute daily and weekly reports for multiple clients.

Maintain accurate time tracking and detailed reporting.

Participate in regular staff and strategy meetings and lead client meetings as required.

Proficient in systems such as Wix, Google Suite, Asana, WordPress, and CRM tools.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum of three years in an administrative assistant role.
Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, CRM systems, and project management software.
At least five years of experience in executive assistance or project management.
Excellent communication skills.
A fully equipped home office with a reliable computer (Mac or PC), high-speed internet, video conferencing capabilities, and a designated professional workspace.
