Overview:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Full-Time or Part-Time Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair care services to our clients while creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the salon.

Your creativity and expertise will help clients achieve their desired looks, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied. The best part? Our talented stylists typically earn between $24 and $30 per hour, which includes a competitive base wage, tips, and bonuses that reward your hard work

Duties:

• Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, styling, and treatments while adhering to the latest trends and techniques.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing professional advice on styles and products.
• Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment for both clients and staff.
• Apply makeup as needed for special occasions or events, enhancing the overall client experience.
• Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, and handling transactions using salon software.
• Upsell products to enhance client satisfaction and increase salon revenue.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge to provide the best service possible.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters creativity and teamwork.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred.
• A valid cosmetology license is required.
• Familiarity with various hair techniques is essential for delivering high-quality services.
