What You’ll Do:

- Create and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.

- Collaborate closely with influencers weekly to ensure consistent content creation.

- Build and manage a roster of influencers, ensuring a continuous flow of creative and engaging content.

- Draft and oversee creative briefs each week, providing influencers with clear direction for video concepts.

- Research and stay up-to-date on trending videos and social media trends to inform content strategies.

- Analyze campaign performance, tracking key metrics like engagement, reach, and ROI to optimize campaigns.

- Negotiate contracts with influencers, ensuring partnerships align with both the budget and campaign objectives.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including social media, creative, and PR, to ensure cohesive and successful campaigns.

Background & Skills:

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an Influencer Marketing Manager or in a similar role.

- Strong Communication: Articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively.

- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate influencer teams, make strategic decisions, and mentor talent to ensure high-quality content delivery and campaign success.

- Creative Thinking: Bring innovative solutions to the table.

- Organizational Excellence: Manage multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines with top-notch organizational skills.
