Key Responsibilities:

Generate insurance quotes, present policies, and close sales
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction
Increase sales revenue through effective prospecting via phone, email, and referrals
Explain insurance policy options tailored to the client's needs and goals
Use a variety of lead-generation methods to identify new business opportunities

What You Need:

Active Property & Casualty insurance license
Proven sales experience with a goal-oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to overcome sales objections and provide solutions
Strong desire to help others and make a difference
