We are hiring for full and part time Lash Artists in our Greentree location. We offer flexible working hours and a fun, friendly, positive work environment. Compensation is commission based with high earning potential.

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic beauty team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eyelash extensions and related beauty services, providing exceptional care and expertise to our clients. This role requires a commitment to enhancing the beauty experience while ensuring client satisfaction through high-quality service.

Duties:

• Apply eyelash extensions with precision and attention to detail, ensuring a natural look and feel for clients.
• Perform hair threading and makeup application services as needed, showcasing versatility in beauty treatments.
• Demonstrate knowledge of hair extensions and provide consultations to clients on suitable options.
• Utilize straight razor techniques for brow shaping or other grooming services when required.
• Offer product demonstrations to educate clients on aftercare and maintenance of eyelash extensions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Manage client appointments effectively using Millennium software or similar scheduling tools.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in beauty treatments, including dermal fillers, to enhance service offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
• Proficiency in applying eyelash extensions with various techniques and styles.
• Familiarity with hair threading, straight razor techniques, hair extensions, and makeup application is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• A valid cosmetology license or relevant certification is required.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for beauty trends and continuous learning in the field of aesthetics.
