Job Opportunity: Full-Time Housekeeper – Private Family in Frenchtown, NJ

A busy, warm, and welcoming family in Hunterdon County (Frenchtown, NJ) is seeking an energetic and efficient Full-Time Housekeeper to join their household. If you’re passionate about maintaining a clean and organized home and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this is the role for you!

About the Family:

• Two working parents with a lively household.
• Two young children, ages 3 and 4.
• One small, elderly dog (animal lovers preferred).

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5/6 PM.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends when the family is entertaining (overtime paid for hours over 40).
• Ability to travel with the family, including internationally, as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full-charge housekeeping, ensuring the home is impeccably clean and organized.
• Daily cleaning of all rooms and bathrooms.
• Manage laundry and household organization with precision and care.
• Keep the kitchen spotless, organized, and functional.
• Assist with tidying and putting away items throughout the home.
• Provide light support for the children after school, if required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a housekeeper in a similar role.
• Energetic, efficient, and skilled at working in a fast-paced environment.
• Easy-going and adaptable to changing needs.
• Comfortable and experienced with pets.
• Willing to travel with the family when necessary.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate: $30–$35/hour (potentially higher for the right candidate based on experience).
• Housing provided across the street, if needed.
• Overtime pay for hours over 40.
