Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Senior On-Site Service Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in transforming our clients' experience through top-notch operations support. You will engage with cutting-edge technology in high-volume duplicating, production, sorting, and mailing tasks, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction. Whether it is performing maintenance, troubleshooting, or providing reception services, you will be the heart of our service delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collect, sort, and deliver mail and packages to designated locations.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all items.
• Maintain records of deliveries and pickups.
• Communicate effectively with recipients to confirm delivery details and address any issues.
• Handle packages with care to prevent damage.
• Follow established routes and schedules to optimize delivery efficiency.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during deliveries.
• Report any delivery issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications Must Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy packages.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
