Our beauty industry client is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to join their team! This is a full-time, direct hire position that is fully remote. WHAT YOU NEED: ~ At least 3 years of experience in influencer/affiliate marketing, preferred beauty/skincare, hair, or DTC e-comm industry experience ~ Experience with affiliate networks (ShareASale, CJ, Impact) and other influencer platforms/tools ~ Contract negotiating and budget management experience for influencer campaigns WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Work closely with marketing team to ideate and execute campaign strategies Develop creative briefs and oversee content deliverables to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and brand messaging ~ Identify and cultivate relationships with micro and macro influencers and content creators who resonate with the brand's target audience, diversifying campaigns, product launches, promotions, etc. ~ Track, report, and provide insights on performance metrics (including ROI, CPA, and LTV) ~ Strategize and make recommendations to improve campaign and initiative performances based on metrics reported ~ Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and competitor strategies to keep campaigns and initiatives competitive and innovative If this sounds like you, please submit your resume and portfolio to be considered! #IND123 In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
