Our dynamic and creative Business-to-Business Marketing team is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join us in the growing field of higher education. This role is perfect for someone passionate about higher education, people-oriented, and skilled in content creation. If you have previous experience working with universities, community colleges, or other higher education institutions and have a strong marketing background, we want to hear from you!
As a key team member, you'll help shape and drive the success of our licensing initiatives, including medical and coding curricula, bootcamps, and other resources. You'll bring your expertise in the higher education market to the team and contribute to our growth through impactful marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage thought leadership content such as webinars, eBooks, and case studies to showcase our expertise in the higher education sector.
Offer valuable insights into the higher education space, collaborating with product, sales, and marketing teams to develop strategies that strengthen our position in the market.
Oversee the implementation of partnerships and manage student enrollment for medical billing & coding bootcamps.
Ensure that marketing materials are delivered to partners on time, and enrollment targets are met for each partnership.
Understand the needs, key drivers, and success metrics of partners, and focus on driving customer value through these relationships.
Conduct surveys with clients and students to gather feedback and identify opportunities for growth.
Work closely with both the and B2C sales teams to address challenges with current partners and explore new partnership opportunities.
Keep the team informed with regular industry updates, ensuring that we stay on top of trends and changes in the higher education space.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Proven track record of building and maintaining positive, professional relationships.
Creative mindset with experience identifying target audiences and creating content to engage and motivate.
Strong understanding of business marketing strategies and communication.
A proactive self-starter who is eager to learn and grow while maintaining a positive attitude.
Desired Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience with marketing strategies.
At least 3 years of experience working within the higher education space.
Minimum of 3 years in a marketing role.
Knowledge of what influences curriculum changes, attracts students, and drives enrollment.
Familiarity with the revenue cycle or healthcare field is a plus.
