Position Overview:

The Marketing Manager plays a key role in leading and overseeing the marketing department. You will ensure brand consistency across various channels, manage relationships with partners and media contacts, and keep our marketing strategies fresh and effective. This role also involves leading a talented team, including Web Specialists, a Graphic Designer, and Social Media Specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all functions within the marketing department to ensure alignment with company goals.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and consumer behavior to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Design and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring they're impactful and aligned with the overall brand vision.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure cohesive designs for print, digital, and multimedia communications.
Oversee product management and contribute to product development by utilizing customer and market insights.
Conduct market research to ensure successful product launches and continually optimize product offerings.
Attend industry trade shows to gather valuable insights and share new trends, opportunities, and innovations with the team.
Lead cross-departmental collaboration for new product creation and marketing strategies.
Manage the annual budget for marketing initiatives and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Work closely with the sales team to refine lead nurturing tactics, leveraging data from trade shows, social media, and other channels.
Guide the team in creating marketing materials, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
Oversee analytics to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
Develop creative briefs and ensure high-quality execution of advertising and promotional materials, including digital, print, and video.
Manage relationships with external partners such as media contacts, KOLs, and manufacturer partners.
Ensure the marketing team is equipped with the tools and training they need to succeed, creating a supportive and collaborative team environment.
Maintain a detailed internal calendar for marketing events, social media posts, and communications, ensuring alignment across teams.
Keep up to date with multimedia design principles and trends to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.
Travel as needed to attend meetings, events, and industry trade shows (up to 3 times per quarter).
Mentor and develop the marketing team, helping them reach their full potential while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Coordinate with HR and the Director of Sales and Marketing to ensure resource allocation and staff development.
Support and attend internal and external sales meetings as required.
