Neurology (Outpt) with MercyOne Iowa - $329K Guarantee +$75K Commence +$50K Longevity
MercyOne Waterloo Neurology - Seeking clinic-based neurologist
- Join an established practice with two neurologists and one neuro-hospitalist
- Neurology clinic shared call with nurse triage only; NO hospital or ER call
- Treat wide variety of neurological conditions in complex patients
- Prefer someone trained to perform EMGs and read EEGs
- Full specialty support with established referral patterns and patient base
Compensation/Benefits - $329,109 Guarantee x 2 years + Production Incentive
- $75K Commencement
- $25K Longevity Bonus after years 2 & 3
- $15K Relocation Allowance
- Employer paid malpractice and tail coverage
- Health insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, and Life Insurance with shared premium
- 2 Retirement programs: 403(b) with employer match and 457(b) Savings Plan
- Employer paid Short Term Disability with option to purchase Long Term Disability at minimal cost
- Allowed up to 31 days off per year while on guarantee
- CME allowance of $5,000/year
