Overview:
A family of four in Conroe, TX is seeking an experienced and reliable Personal Chef to assist with meal preparation and culinary planning on a part-time, contract basis. The chef will be responsible for creating healthy, balanced, and flavorful meals that cater to the family’s dietary preferences and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan weekly menus based on the family’s preferences, nutritional needs, and dietary restrictions.
• Order and retrieve groceries or arrange delivery as needed.
• Prepare and cook meals in the family's home a couple of times a week.
• Ensure all meals are prepared with high-quality, fresh ingredients.
• Properly package, label, and store meals for easy reheating.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including cleaning up after meal preparation.
• Accommodate special dietary requests and adjust recipes as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Personal Chef, Caterer, or related culinary role.
• Culinary certification or relevant training is preferred.
• Knowledge of a wide variety of cuisines and cooking techniques.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to adapt to the family’s dietary preferences and restrictions.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Contract Details:

• Part-time, as-needed basis with flexible scheduling.
• Compensation to be discussed during the interview process based on experience.
