Job Description

Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a full-time Primary Care Sports Medicine Physician to join the team at PMG Glisan. In this blended position, you will see a combination of primary care and sports medicine patients from the primary care clinic. You?ll be part of a collaborative, value-based, and patient-centered care team of family medicine physicians, advanced practice providers, behavior health providers, clinical pharmacist, in additional to the clinical support staff.

• Full-time up to 1.0 FTE
• 4-5 days per week (Monday-Friday)
• Board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine required; Sports Medicine fellowship preferred, not required
• Ideal candidates will be comfortable and willing to see all ages - pediatrics to geriatrics
• 2-year guaranteed salary, starting bonus, retention / loan repayment, and relocation assistance available
