Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join us as an engineer with MBA experience and a specific focus on project management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects related to engine maintenance, ensuring seamless execution throughout the project stages to meet clients’ expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects related to engine maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Develop & implement project plans, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints & deadlines.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, & implement corrective actions as needed.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project status, milestones achieved, and upcoming deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business Administration, with a focus on project management preferred.
• Proven experience in engine maintenance.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
