• Specializing in complex commercial and industrial roofing projects, they’ve successfully completed work for high-profile clients including steel mills, power plants, the Chicago Ford Assembly Plant, and the Department of Energy.

• Focused exclusively on re-roofing, their projects range from $20K repairs to major $12M undertakings. Each year, they manage and deliver 250 to 400 projects, installing advanced roofing systems such as TPO, PVC, and EPDM. In 2018 they became ESOP (employee owned) and structured a board of Directors and Chairmen to take things to the next level by implementing more advanced SOPs and processes. 

• With a dedicated team of over 200 employees, including 42 in the office, they maintain strict quality control by ensuring that all work is performed by skilled in-house technicians, never subcontracted. You will lead your own crews, not a group of Subcontractors.

Key Requirements

• 3 Years minimum, of Commercial Roofing Project Management Experience
• Strong knowledge of Commercial Roofing Systems
• Ability to Understand contract language and able to read blueprints
