This is an in-office position only. The Kathy Damewood Team is searching for A PART-TIME EXPERIENCED listing coordinator who has a genuine desire to be an important part of a team, takes pride in the quality of their work, and also has the ability to multi-task and solve problems. Your job will be to assist in managing the listing process from start to finish, including preparing team leader for listing appointments, preparing listing contracts for sellers to sign, arranging all listing information on the MLS database, posting and maintaining MLS listings, scheduling professional photography, and maintaining a database of keys and lockboxes, This critical position requires someone with an exceptional attitude who loves paperwork and checklists. • Allow real estate agents to sell more homes by managing listings for sellers, from initial contact to executed purchase agreement
• Ensure file compliance for the office broker by sending completed listing agreements, sellers’ disclosures, and other documents
• Gather all listing information including property photos, pre-listing materials, comparative market analysis with online property profiles, and MLS research
• Organize the showing schedule and communicate with other agents to understand the showing best practices and how to increase homes sold
• Post new listings to social media and in MLS to sell homes quickly and give customers an excellent experience

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages preferred
• Has basic computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Driven to create an excellent customer service experience for each client
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have a high school diploma or GED, some college experience is a bonus
• Live within a 30-minute commute to the office
