We are seeking to expand our Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) - Real Estate team. Our firm excels in problem solving and value creation, working closely with organizations and stakeholders to tackle complex business issues and maximize value.

A&M's PEPI practice focuses on serving upper middle market and large cap private equity firms who have engaged A&M to improve operating results at their portfolio companies.

Private Equity Focused Professionals

We create and capture value by providing private equity buyers with knowledge and tools for mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, joint ventures, and alliances. We oversee the full spectrum of the deal lifecycle from pre-deal reviews to post-deal implementations.

Manager Role:

We seek individuals to deliver large, complex client engagements, identifying, designing, and implementing business and Real Estate solutions for private equity clients. Managers work on:

• Pre-acquisition Real Estate diligence assignments
• Merger-integration and carve-out execution
• Day-1 and 100-day planning and execution
• Managing day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance.

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of consulting or real estate industry experience, specializing in operational due diligence, merger integration, and change management
• Experience with private equity sponsors or related transaction/integration experience
• Experience with multiple real estate asset classes
• Audit or accounting background preferred
• Deep functional expertise in:
• Business/project management
• Finance/accounting improvement
• Business strategy development
• Property Management
• Real Estate Finance and/or FP&A
• Proven ability to work with and develop junior staff
• Strong writing skills and desire for polished client documents
• Excellent analytical skills and experience in change/communications strategy
• Bachelor's degree required
• Flexibility to travel at least 75% of the time

Salary range is $125,000 - $190,000 annually, with a discretionary bonus program based on individual and firm performance.
