Job Description

We are a team of specialists serving real estate buyers, sellers, and investors in the area. We’re looking for a Showing Agent to support sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service. GOALS: Create/Convert/Close, 20 approved buyers working at all times, 50 showings per week to fully qualified buyers, average 5 homes shown before writing an offer. • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service
• Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
• Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions
• Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner
• Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales
• Show homes to clients using best practices as defined by Dan Chin Homes
• Keep Buyer Specialist/Lead Agent informed on client communications and developments
• Coordinate with clients, listing agents, and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
• Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary

Qualifications:

• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
• Professional in attitude and appearance
• Hold, actively working to acquire, or intend on getting a real estate license
• Bilingual Spanish/English
• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• High school diploma
