Digital Marketing Expert Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or proven experience/training.
- 3+ years of proven experience in a digital marketing role, with a demonstrated track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
- Agency experience is a plus, but not required.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Digital Marketing Expertise:
- Deep understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing).
- Experience with developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Proven ability to drive website traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data from various sources (Google Analytics, social media platforms, etc.).
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in creating clear and concise marketing reports that communicate key findings and insights.
- Content Marketing and SEO:
- Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to create engaging and informative content for various platforms (website, blog, social media, email).
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and SEO tools.
- Social Media Marketing:
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their respective best practices.
- Experience with developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.
- Ability to create compelling social media content that resonates with target audiences.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external 1 stakeholders.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to confidently present marketing plans and results to clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other departments (sales, design, development).
- Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and CRM software.
- Familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
