Role Requirements RN MDS Coordinator :

* Active RN degree from an accredited institution
* Minimum of two years' experience in long-term care
* At least one year in MDS assessment
* Knowledgeable in the MDS process with strong communication skills
* Ability to work effectively with team members, residents, families, and visitors
