Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager with an active Esthetician or Cosmetology license to lead our store operations and elevate our customer experience. In this dual role, you’ll utilize your skincare, lash & brow expertise to provide professional services and oversee the daily operations of the store, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Responsibilities :

• Manage daily store operations: Oversee staff scheduling, manage inventory, and ensure store presentation aligns with brand standards.
• Provide esthetics services: Provide knowledgeable recommendations and guidance to customers, helping them find the best products and treatments. Performing services such as eyelash extensions, brow lamination, brow tint, brow waxing, lash lift & tint, skincare treatments and waxing services.
• Lead and train the team: Develop staff members’ skills in customer service, product knowledge, and store procedures.
• Meet sales and performance goals: Drive sales through effective team management and strategic product promotion.
• Customer experience focus: Ensure customers have a welcoming and memorable shopping experience that reflects our company’s standards.

Qualifications :

• Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist: Must have a current Esthetician license in Pennsylvania.
• Retail management experience: Minimum of 2 years in a store management role, ideally in the beauty or wellness industry.
• Strong leadership skills: Ability to inspire, train, and motivate a team.
• Excellent customer service skills: Passion for esthetic services and a commitment to helping customers find the right solutions.
• Must be able to work some evenings and weekends.

Additional Qualifications:

• Create in-store events to drive sales
• Create in-store team events to drive sales
• Conduct a sales analysis and strategic planning to drive business
• Social Media experience is a Must
• Lash extension experience is Preferred
• Foster and collaborate with other businesses to create partnerships
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Hold bi-weekly team meetings with staff to ensure goals are met
