Job Title: Security Guard Supervisor

Job Type: Part-Time 

Duties:

• Oversee and manage all security operations at Snyder House, ensuring compliance with VA regulations and Pennsylvania state security requirements.
• Supervise and support the security team, conducting regular inspections to ensure team readiness and adherence to duty protocols.
• Respond to and manage operational issues, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Develop and enforce key control and security protocols, ensuring proper handling of access-related equipment and documentation.
• Organize and conduct training sessions to maintain high standards in security protocols and emergency response procedures.

Requirements:

• Valid security supervisor license issued by the State of Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in security services, law enforcement, or military settings.
• Proficiency in English with effective communication skills for emergency and operations management.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with security supervision, including site inspections and response to incidents.
