What We Need:
A Senior Data Analyst to lead and reshape the way we use data. Answering questions, creating dashboards, and tracking metrics are part of this, but we also need some one who is curious and confident enough to dig deeper, ask the questions that nobody else is asking, find the insights that nobody else is finding, and teach us all how to use data better.
Have 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or product analytics
Are fluent in SQL and comfortable transforming and combining data as needed
Uncover stakeholders’ real needs and deliver insights, dashboards, and data products that are highly usable and maintainable
Can take big, ambiguous projects, break them down, and come out with clear, actionable recommendations
Understand that documentation and enablement are critical to (1) scale your knowledge and influence across the org and (2) avoid becoming a bottleneck
Enjoy solving new problems and learning new skills
Enjoy teaching others and can break down complicated topics and explain them to anyone
Approach your work like a product manager
Are able to effectively prioritize work that is the most important and/or most urgent and effectively communicate priorities to stakeholders
Become the go-to expert on how our business and products are performing
Partner with leaders from across the org to define and build data infrastructure that enables them to make data-driven decisions.
Build dashboards and resources that are easy to use and maintain
Make sure the right questions are being asked and the right decisions are being made
You know how Seis and our products are doing better than anyone
Stakeholders feel comfortable asking you for help, but you find ways to provide resources and coaching that enable them to find their own answers in the future
We all use data better because of you and what you build
Experience in consumer fintech, credit products, or card programs
Experience with dbt, Snowflake, and Tableau
Comfortable with Spanish (a plus, not a requirement)
We are Lehi Utah based and work in-office three days a week (M,T,TH) with catered lunches.
