Rosaluna Cafe is a modern Italian bistro in the heart of Miami Downtown, offering a refined dining experience with authentic Italian cuisine, specialty coffee, and a curated selection of wines. We are seeking experienced and hospitality-driven professionals to join our front-of-house team as Servers .

Location: 200 S Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Compensation: Hourly + Tips

• Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a seamless and curated dining experience.
• Greet guests warmly, guide them through the menu, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while adhering to restaurant service standards.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings.
• Upsell and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently using the restaurant's POS system (Toast).
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as needed.

• Minimum one year of experience as a Server in a full-service restaurant (Italian cuisine preferred).
• Strong communication and hospitality skills with a guest-first mentality.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Basic knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine.
• Experience with POS systems (Toast preferred) and handling payments.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
