The Center for Dissemination and Implementation (CDI), within the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, consists of three national centers and numerous addiction and mental health services implementation projects at national, health system, state, county and community levels. CDI’s mission is to advance the science of implementation and improve equitable access to the best treatments available for the people who need them the most. Within CDI, the Center for Dissemination & Implementation At Stanford (C-DIAS) is a National Institutes of Health/National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) Center of Excellence. Its mission is to advance the science of implementation and improve equitable access to the best addiction treatments available for the people who need them the most. C-DIAS addresses enormous needs in addiction treatment services and research by 1) building research capacity; 2) improving and accelerating the quality of the science; and 3) generating significant public health benefit. The Project Coordinator will support a C-DIAS research activities.
A successful candidate will have: an advanced degree in a relevant social science, public health or related field; ability to take initiative, solve problems, and handle substantial responsibility; prior experience leading and supporting large teams; effectively coordinate and facilitate meetings with a range of individuals; demonstrated professionalism interacting with key stakeholders; strong oral and written communication skills; experience with database management and statistical packages such as R, STATA, SPSS, etc.; substantial experience with standard software packages including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to successfully juggle and prioritize among multiple projects; background in mental health, substance use, other health conditions; and background or strong interest in dissemination and implementation research. Advanced degree in applicable social science, public health or related field, with 3+ years of work experience.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):
Bachelor of Arts degree in an applicable social science related field and two years applicable experience, or combination of education and experience in an applicable social science.

WORK STANDARDS:
The expected pay range for this position is $81,130 - $94,895 per annum.
