Job Description/ Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate will have a passion for building and maintaining reliable systems, ensuring high availability, and improving the overall performance of our infrastructure.

• You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing observability solutions that provide deep insights into our systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Observability Solutions: Design, implement, and maintain observability solutions, including monitoring, logging, and tracing systems.

• Dashboard Development: Develop and maintain dashboards, alerts, and reports to provide visibility into system performance and health.

• Collaboration: Work closely with development and operations teams to integrate observability into the entire software development lifecycle.

• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, reliability, and scalability.

• Automation: Automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

• Tool Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance observability tools and practices to meet organizational needs.

• Documentation: Document observability processes, best practices, and guidelines for the team.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Java J2EE, with experience in Microservices development.

• Preferred experience with OCP (OpenShift Container Platform).

• Strong understanding of modern architecture and design patterns.

• Experience with designing and developing observability solutions, including monitoring, logging, and tracing.

• Ability to develop and maintain dashboards, alerts, and reports.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues.

• Experience in automating tasks to improve efficiency.

• Knowledge of cloud technologies and infrastructure management.

Top 3 Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Java J2EE and Microservices Development
