Salary: 81,250 - 146,875 USD per year Requirements:

• Current Top Secret clearance with immediate SCI read-in eligibility.
• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years' OR Associate's Degree and 7+ years' OR High School Diploma and 9+ years' relevant experience.
• Possess one or more of the following:
• - Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or educational equivalent.
• - The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) certification.
• - DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) certification.
• At least five (5) years of experience in:
• - Establishing system information requirements.
• - Designing architectures to include software, hardware, and communications to support total requirements while providing for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces.
• - Evaluating problems of workflows, organization, and planning, and developing appropriate corrective actions.
• Experience with DoDAF AV, OV, and SV artifacts.

Responsibilities:

• I will work as a contributing member of the Sustainment & Evolution Configuration Management team within NEC SE&I, describing and integrating all current planning for modification, upgrade, evolution, and modernization of existing Nuclear C3 systems. This will involve implementing System-of-System methodologies and integrating Nuclear C3 System Architectures into a detailed Enterprise Architecture.
• I will collaborate with the NC3 Enterprise Change Advisory Panel, facilitating the Configuration Management (CM) process workflows and presenting findings and recommendations to the System Engineering and Architecture (SEA) Board governance bodies.
• I will work with senior engineers to develop the digital engineering strategy for the NC3 Enterprise, including CM process automated/digitized workflows, a configuration management application requirements document and federated data framework, and automated audit/verification processes.
• I will advise the Government on continuous improvement recommendations to the SE&I Systems Engineering Rubric for evaluating the merits of new/enhanced NC3 capabilities.
• I will work alongside other Systems Architects with NC3 Enterprise subject matter expertise to support the digital engineering data strategy.
