Description Of Duties - Assists in the design and development of training or various types of learning resources and materials.
- Organizes content, formats training materials, and ensures consistency with training delivery standards.
- Collaborates with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop effective learning solutions.
- May use e-learning authoring tools to create interactive training content, and manage the content within the
- Learning Management System.
- Conducts basic quality assurance reviews of training materials and provides feedback and recommendations to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- May deliver and/or facilitate training or train-the-trainer sessions.
- Stays current on trends and technologies to improve training effectiveness.
Summary Of Requirements - One(1) to two (2) years of related training experience.
- Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools.
- Understanding of adult learning concepts, practices and principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- AA/BA Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
- Background in adult training theory and techniques preferred.

This position includes a base pay range of $28.12 - $44.95 per hour, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
