Job Posting: Computer Based Testing Lab Proctor
Location: Beaumont, TX
Pay rate: $15 /hr
Position Type: Full-time
Kelly is seeking a proactive and organized CBT Lab Proctor to support the delivery of multimedia and conventional training modules. This position is ideal for individuals with a customer-focused attitude and the ability to assist students in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor classroom activities and enforce rules, removing students for dishonest or disruptive behavior.
Assist students with using computer equipment and provide basic instructions for multimedia courses.
Troubleshoot minor computer issues and report technical problems to support personnel.
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of workstations, turning equipment on/off as required.
Enter student information into the database and verify test scores upon course completion.
Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain training integrity.
Provide support to on-site training sessions and assist training technicians as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; 3 years of related experience preferred.
Basic computer skills and the ability to operate multimedia equipment.
Strong verbal communication skills to assist students and provide instructions.
Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to interpret a variety of instructions.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operational procedures.
