Global Channel Marketing Lead
We are seeking a Global Channel Marketing Lead to help build and strengthen strategic relationships with our global partners. In this role, you will work with industry-leading technology companies across cloud providers (Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Oracle), silicon manufacturers (ARM, Intel, Qualcomm, Nvidia), and hardware vendors (Dell, HP, Lenovo). As our partnerships continue to grow, your efforts will be crucial in driving successful marketing activities and shaping the future of our partner programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of Partner Marketing Managers.
Drive channel sales growth through integrated partner marketing programs, focusing on system integrators, public cloud, device manufacturers, and semiconductor partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partner sales, channel, and marketing teams to unlock sales potential for products and services.
Develop a deep understanding of each partner's business goals and strategies.
Craft compelling marketing messages and strategies that align with product marketing approaches to create impactful outcomes.
Ensure brand consistency across all partner communications, reinforcing the value proposition and ensuring professional representation.
Collaborate with partners to create opportunities that drive awareness and business growth.
Establish systems and metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
What We're Looking for:
Experience in B2B marketing and developing channel-focused marketing initiatives.
Background in enterprise software, SaaS, or silicon is a plus.
Strong relationship management skills with a focus on customer and partner success.
Excellent analytical abilities to assess opportunities and make informed decisions based on ROI.
Proven ability to deliver results and innovate within a fast-paced environment.
A growth mindset, with a willingness to take on new challenges and think big.
Hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving and execution.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
