Salary: $65k-$85k

Job/Project Accountant Responsibilities:

The Job/Project Accountant will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for projects, supporting project management teams with financial insights, and overseeing the project accounting lifecycle. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work effectively with interdisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Monitor and report on project financial performance, including cost tracking and variance analysis.
• Prepare and maintain project forecasts.
• Collaborating with project managers to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.
• Processing project-related invoices and ensuring they are paid in accordance with agreements.
• Maintaining and documenting project financial records

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in project accounting

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience working in Viewpoint or B2W
• Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
