Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Support Engineer to join our Data Platform Solutions team, providing essential technical support for applications developed on the Palantir Foundry platform. This role plays a vital part in maintaining application reliability and enhancing user experience, bridging technical performance with business needs.
Overall responsibilities and duties:
Act as the primary support contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues within Palantir Foundry applications.
Manage and prioritize incident resolution processes, monitoring performance and escalating complex challenges as necessary.
Provide end-user assistance on application functionality, responding to queries and helping users maximize their productivity.
Document troubleshooting processes, user guides, and best practices to support knowledge sharing within the team.
Identify areas for process improvements and implement solutions to increase efficiency and stability.
Collaborate with product owners, data engineers, and developers to support new deployments and ongoing developments, aligning with evolving business needs.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree/ Computer Science Engineering
Basic understanding of data platforms or a strong interest in learning (experience with Palantir Foundry is a plus).
Good knowledge of Big data eco systems (Spark & Hadoop)
Good knowledge of python & SQL
Knowledge of SQL & NoSQL Databases
Knowledge of Palantir is a plus
Good problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn and grow in troubleshooting.
Some experience with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow) is a plus.
Good communication skills in English,with an ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
