Responsibilities
- Psychotherapy & Counseling: Provide therapy to individuals, couples, families, or groups, tailoring treatment plans to meet each client's unique needs.
- Client Records & Compliance: Ensure accurate and confidential client records while adhering to legal and ethical standards.
- Communication & Collaboration: Regularly communicate with referral sources and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (including social workers, medical professionals, and art therapists) to create effective treatment plans.
- Supervision & Growth: Work under direct supervision, with opportunities for continued professional development and growth.
Qualifications
- New Jersey Licensure as an Associate Counselor (LAC)
- Knowledge of psychopharmacology and medical documentation
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with counseling interventions, assessments, and referrals
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development

- Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
